Server support

Arden IT, we will spend time remotely working behind the scenes on all of our customers workstations and servers.  This is essential work and includes problem solving, checking all of your back-ups are working correctly, pre-empting faults, installing essential patches/service packs/updates and general workstation maintenance. This is especially important when there are multiple workstations and servers involved.

This service starts from just £120 +VAT per month.

*Based on single Network Server. Prices vary according to number of servers covered, make, model, age and versions of software, number of clients etc. Please call to check for more information.

IT support

During a normal working day, customers will invariably require telephone support for their staff. With our IT support we can remotely diagnose and fix many problems instantly and hopefully resolve any problems without having to wait for an engineer. Our clients are guaranteed priority response and support from any one of our highly trained technicians.

This service can start from only £60 +VAT per month.

*Based on network of up to 15 PC’s/Laptops. Prices vary according to amount of PC’s/laptops covered, software and various hardware. Please call to check for more information.

Laptop and desktop repair

We are based in the Nottingham area and our technicians are able to fix most issues with laptops and desktop PC’s

Our drop-off repair service starts from just £20 +VAT.

*Price based on fault diagnosis only and basic optimisation of laptop. Any repairs will carry a charge for both hard/software and labour needed which will be agreed before any repair takes place.
