Helpdesk Support
We can solve many problems over the telephone. Out of hours support calls are possible depending upon contract. Remote Support We can connect to your server and workstations for speedy problem resolution, this can hopefully provide a fast and effective solution without needing to be onsite. On Site Support If we cannot resolve an issue remotely or the problem is hardware related we can visit your office to fix the problem. Monitoring We can remotely monitor servers, disk usage, users, emails, viruses, server health, login attempts, patching and updates all remotely and report or inform of issues before they cause a problem. Loan Equipment We also have stocks of spare equipment such as PC's, laptops, servers, UPS, printers etc. This can help you get back up and running if parts are not readily available. |
